How much does a tattoo cost at Working Class Tattoo?
Prices are hourly based on the size, complexity and time the tattoo will take. During consultation we will give you a clear price.

Do I need to put a deposit down for my tattoo?
Yes, all booked appointments for tattoos require a deposit. Generally for smaller pieces we ask for a $60 deposit, larger pieces or sleeves we ask for a $100 deposit.

What to bring when coming in for a consultation?
The most important thing you can bring when coming in for a consultation is an idea of what you would like to get. We recommend you bring in anything that will help you illustrate your idea—pictures, books, drawings. We’ll work with you to develop the concept into a tattoo.

 


Getting your Tattoo

What is proper etiquette while at a tattoo parlor?

Can I bring someone with me?
You’re more than welcome to bring one person to accompany you during your session. They will however need to remain quiet and allow the artist to concentrate on the tattoo.

Should I tip?
As with any service industry, it is customary to tip a tattoo artist a percentage of the tattoo price, for good work and customer service. The percentages vary but typically range between 10 and 15 percent.

 

Tattoo Care

How should I care for my tattoo once its complete?

How long will my tattoo take to heal?

How long before I can go in the ocean, swimming or take a bath?
Submerging your freshly completed tattoo in the ocean, pool or bath or can cause serious damage. You’ll want to avoid those for 2-3 weeks, but showering is perfectly fine as long as you don’t saturate your tattoo. If you get soap or shampoo on your tattoo, just remove it quickly with water.

What do I do if my tattoo becomes infected?
